Absolutely do not go with this company if you want your tax done correctly. The company director (Sam) failed to update me as promised over the phone that he would guide what needed to be done as a new business own, only for me to be following up weeks later and missing the due date. Once an email was sent to me, the email included a bunch of things that needed addressing with zero explanation as to how to get this fixed or what they meant. The director (Sam) knew I was new to business and I am not an accountant so had no idea what needed to be sorted and fixed, and simply wrote heres what needs to be addressed, then listed the things wrong. If you want a good accountant that will genuinely guide you through your process of owning a business, go to another account. This was my experience. Do not recommend.
