Exceptionally amazing officers. I remember a long while ago, they gave me assurance and found my lost phone. Again huge respect for all the officers.

Ill give 10 stars if yet possible: As my experience, this is the best ever station. Every police staff here taken every single case very seriously and making sure everything run well. I went to Caulfield station and I have been waiting for an hour but nobody come out to take my report, I heard the laughs from inside like somebody were partying then I realised they werent busy but just ignored me. And then while I still waiting there Ive decided to rang Malvern station. When I on the phone talking Malvern staff, one of the Caulfield police came out knock the glass window loudly at counter and yelled at me, I think he was trying to warning me. I got shocks then ran out from Caulfield station. Malvern police meant and paid very attention to my case and solve me out the problem within hour. They did very excellent job. A Prahran police even came to comfort me and distract my anxiety and sadness. Theyve been done excellent job. I know will be stressful for people come to police station but Malvern police really patient and helpful in solving problem. Id love them and undoubtedly they are No.1 in society.

I've dealt with Malvern police at the police station twice since I moved into this area, about 3 months ago.. In my most recent visit, on the weekend, a Constable Boyd handled my enquiry. I was fed up with my situation and had been getting nowhere with other members of the force. Constable Boyd was firstly very empathetic to my situation and spoke positively of getting it resolved. When he came back he had plenty of information for me to help me through it and today I was able to resolve the situation after 6 months of, well you know what. Thankyou constable Boyd for your help and I'm sure you're person in charge will know of this review too. The first time I went I was treated exactly the same way by a female constable. I found them to be respectable, non judgemental and happy to help. Just what we need more of in the police force. Well done guys and gals And no I wasn't paid to write this review lol
