Awful. Unprofessional. Won't return phone calls. Late sending any information you need like pathology requests or prescriptions. Hard to make appointments. Clearly under staffed. Clearly poorly managed because whatever staff they do have always complain about how they're working solo and as a result their staff turnover is high so you always need to deal with a new, untrained, inexperienced staff member who doesn't know anything. Edit May 2023 - the new doctor is possibly the least professional, rudest, least knowledgeable doctor I have ever come across. When asked his interests in TRT he told me, "there's a lot of money to be made". Nothing about client care or providing a service he felt was important. Solely about money. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. The clowns have well and truly taken over this circus. Like last time, the staff were brand new. Like first day brand new. Didn't even know how to use the EFTPOS machine. So I had to teach them how to use it to charge me for their horrible service and lack of professionalism.

Guessing from the previous reviews that COVID may have hit this place as hard as others, but my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. I'm a recent patient and have been seeing Dr. McCarrick (who I believe is new?) and in just a couple weeks of seeing him, he's helped me immensely. I've been dealing with a lot of hormonal issues, as well as an array of other health troubles, which traditional doctors have not been able to help me with, to date. I also don't know anyone else doing the functional medicine that these guys are doing, so as long as it's open, I'll continue to be a client.
