        HammondCare Caulfield - many complaints were made to this facility including two complaints to the Aged Care Commission - pertaining to the lack of basic care/facility cleanliness/skin integrity. My grandmother walked into this facility, she was continent and could feed herself. She passed away stripped of all her dignity, she couldnt walk, she became incontinent (because regular toileting of residents take time and commitment). Its just easier for the staff to put their residents in a nappy and change this once per shift! Do not place your loved one in this facility. It is an awful place and the care of residents is horrendous, there is little care. Many photos to substantiate this review!
