Gayle Ross failed to treat me or my skin check appropriately after, on arrival I was asked if I was jabbed? ...she took my money though ... however she was rude & condescending and out of line with her judgement of "my body my choice " even after I had told her this had been discussed with my GP. (I was more at risk getting covid of her at that clinic than she was of getting off me). Will not return.

Dr Gayle is the 9th, yes ninth dermatologist I have visited in my attempts to find a solution to the same problem of intense itching on the surface of my scalp which I have been experiencing for many years. Dr Gayle is the only one who listened carefully, examined accurately and demonstrated a clinical and professional approach. The only Dermatologist out of a total of nine, yes 9 who did not play act their job, charge like money was going out of style and had their staff make endless return bookings to achieve nothing other than ensuring the profitability of their practices. And you guessed it, Dr Gayle was the only one who actually determined a successful diagnosis. I have had my head drilled into, scraped, coated, capped and even been advised that there is nothing wrong with the surface of my scalp and to "stop imagining" the presence of intense itching by eight other people calling themselves Dermatologists. I have visited clinics where the crowds in the waiting room, all gathering for their few minutes with an extremely over-booked, financially ambitious and supposedly famous Dermo was something to behold. Some even had photos of their children in private school uniforms on their desks, and some had photos of their cars and farms on display. One even forgot he had left me unattended in the next room while engaged on a long gossipy phone call within my earshot. And the marketing, the advertising the promotion some of these practitioners undertake is breath-taking. Patients could have been led to believe their appearance could loose 30 years in just a few visits to this medical genius, in whom they must believe. All this radically unprofessional and totally disappointing behaviour by these members of the otherwise respected medical fraternity, the so-called Dermatologists. These experiences happened to me over a period of several years of intense itching, with no relief and no results - and plenty of expense. All this until I was referred to Dr Gayle who literally changed my life, who has my heartfelt admiration and my sincere thanks. My advice is try and avoid the well dressed, smooth talking, extremely busy marketing oriented Dermatologists and go straight to Dr Gayle Ross. Hopefully my experience is helpful.

Very dissatisfied with this consultation. The treating physician had offered no greeting and had a very clinical communication style that made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I paid $260 for the consultaion which felt very rushed and didn't allow for any detailed conversation. I won't be returning.
