I have tried many Pilates studios over the years and always find myself drifting back to Hiit traning because I loved the upbeat vibe. Until I found Piyo! I know being a mum of three I dont have the energy reserve for Hiit traning anymore, but Pilates at Piyo gives me the best of both worlds, it allows me to gain strength back, and feel great after a very uplifting session, thank you Piyo and all the lovely instructors

Piyo is a fantastic studio that provides motivating classes that are always different and fun! All exercises include a diverse range of levels that are inclusive to all levels of ability and experience. As a dancer for 20 years, these classes allow me to build strength and flexibility in a low impact environment that promotes good technique. All instructors are welcoming and helpful, always providing good tips and motivating everyone. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes and highly recommended such a excellent local business!
