Avoca Park Equestrian

My daughter attended Avoca's fortnightly PCA program as well as the school holiday program and loved every minute of being there. We found it to be a friendly and welcoming environment for riders and their family's. The horses all have hearts of gold and my daughters riding coach, Vicki, is not only extremely knowledgeable in her tutelage but also knows exactly how to work within each child's capability or limitation, if any, to get the best out of each rider. We will most certainly miss going to Avoca and are looking forward to returning again in future.

Excellent location, short drive to local restaurants and cafes, extremely clean and well-appointed rooms, 30 acres of gorgeousness, absolutely adorable pets...loved it all! Leanne and her team at Avoca Park are amazing! The horses are extremely well looked after and well educated. The property and location is divine and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I have been having lessons with Leanne for several months now and my riding has improved so much in such a short time! I always leave with a huge smile on my face and would never consider riding anywhere else!

From the time that the wonderful team at Avoca Park accepted my very last minute request for their three day getaway, to my last breakfast down in the beautiful pond area, my stay with them was all the restorative things you could hope for in the country. If you read nothing else, just know that their getaway can provide all the grounding, love, fresh air and healthy food (or #goodvibes if thats the way you articulate ) youre looking for. Mandy organised everything, my itinerary and made sure I felt well cared for (without having to think). Leanne and John the owners have built a wonderful place to care for their horses (and a few additional pets that are super friendly) and support the people visiting, riding, and learning there. Shannon gave me a wonderful lesson (equal parts enjoyable and learning new skills) on the beautiful Stormy whose horsesonality was anything but stormy. I struggle to put into words how Liga enhanced my experience through an incredibly intuitive sound healing, her knowledge and skill in so many areas brought so much clarity to me and my situation. And my last night, a cocktail, dinner, wine from the Yarra Valley, my choice of beautiful desserts all topped off with viewing the thousands of stars in the outdoor spa bath there was nothing not to like about this wonderful experience. Thank you all so much. Im quite sure I will be back.
