Highly recommended compounding pharmacy. Excellent customer service, staff are knowledgeable , caring and take a person centred approach to dealing with their customers rather than treating them like a number. The staff are friendly and genuinely want to help people improve their health, there is no high pressured sales techniques either, just sincerity and genuineness. Shane is so kind and helpful too. The skincare range is excellent, same with the PEA powder and NAC capsules, the stock is clean and pure. If I could give a star rating over the available five stars I certainly would. I am so grateful this compounding pharmacy exists. Thank you very much staff, you have no idea just how much you are helping people with their health concerns. Please stay open!

I cannot speak highly enough of Elixir definitely 10 stars from me! I have spoken mainly with Danica, and also Jamie. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and really do go out of their way to assist. I live in another state and they were very resourceful in helping with a postal delay not of their making. It is so reassuring to know they are only a phone call away. No matter how many questions you have or how many times you call, they are so patient and brilliant at making you feel at ease and ensuring that youre well informed. I thank them so much for their wonderful support and assistance.

The products are amazing, the staff are amazing and the support is amazing as well. I have had anxiety from work place bullying and this lead to an inabilty to sleep. Shane took the time to help choose the right products to help and I have been doing much better since. The staff are happy to chat an explain how their products work and take the time to assist with any Questions or concerns. I have never felt better!
