Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process, I wanted a large custom piece and was not able to describe what I wanted well. Michelle somehow made the vision come to life to create a heirloom piece. Also adding custom earrings last minute. Michelle was able to make me feel stress free in dealing with any covid related issues.Compared to other headpiece stores, Michelle is 100% the way to go.

Michelle Pagonis was absolutely divine to work with on my bridal headpiece. I had been given my Mum's bridal headpiece from 30 years ago to wear, however it was in a bad way and did not quite suit my dress.. and I realised this in the month before my wedding. Michelle was wonderful in helping me realise my vision for modernising the headpiece whilst keeping the special elements of Mum's headpiece. She sketched some ideas within a few hours and maintained excellent contact throughout, making sure I was happy with every element of the design. I also purchased my veil and earrings off Michelle Pagonis, they are beautiful and very well made with premium materials. I am so thankful that my mum's headpiece turned out as beautiful as it did and I can't wait to someday pass this down to my own daughter.
