A terribly disappointing experience. In the beginning, they were great.. fast to come out for a site inspection, responding to emails and quick to work up design concepts. But after payments were made, progress with our plans were slow to non existent. Communication was terrible. I had to follow up to get any updates on how our plans were going. To which we were often met with excuses and promises to get back to us, which almost never happened and resulted in further follow up. Over a year went by and at the end we have nothing (save a few meaningless concept drawings) to show for it. Save yourself the time, money and energy and find someone else to do the job.

Shane from Thomas Anderson Design has always been professional and so patient with us while designing our home. He also has helped a few of our clients and his team has been extremely prompt, communicative, and efficient. I highly recommend,

I have used Thomas Anderson twice with a satisfactory outcome. They are not the cheapest but they will supply you first class plans, specs, and reports that are required to get your subdivision thru council in quick time. If you feel your plans are going slow and they need a rev up just give Dennis a call and he will reply with an answer. Dennis had my last 3 unit project approved in less than 12 months. You as the developer must also hold up your end supplying timely and correct information to Thomas Anderson to keep the process moving quickly. I would recommend Dennis and staff.

Requested a site plan from Thomas Anderson Design, unfortunately forgot about sending through the requested information in a timely manner. As a result, we lost a client all because Thomas Anderson Design obviously do not care about customers.
