Needs more shade, especially over the playground which had basically full sun.
There is a bike path going through it, right between the shaded BBQ area and the play equipment, with people speeding along on their bikes and not checking for children running across to the swings or back to their parents.
Still, it's nice to have a local park near all these houses, and it has a view over the little pond in the middle.
