        Did Rolld changed owners? Crab chips was old & chicken ribs was very cold. Im not sure if I wanna come back. Used to be my favourite

        I ordered a banh mi over Doordash. This was without doubt, the worst banh mi I've eaten in my life. Everything was wrong and out of balance. The roll tasted stale, the pork tasted like it had been boiled or had been steaming for a week. No crackling. Couldn't taste the pt. Couldn't even taste the chilli. A sprinkling of coriander. A mountain of carrot. What I can't understand is how a business can build itself around a product and not know how to make that product? Looking at some of the other reviews I wonder what they are doing in this place. I recommend the owners go to an Authentic Vietnamese bakery (there's a very humble one in the bridge mall light years above this) and try a real banh mi, side by side with this thing they call by the same name, and try to spot the difference.

        Great service. The rice paper rolls were very very fresh and the flavour was really good. Had a classic pho and it was extremely fresh and compared to pho in Melbourne it was actually very good.
