MyCar has dropped the ball with their service standards. I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years now and had even recommended others to go there but not anymore. Jacob and Michael used to provide exceptional service, extremely organized and patient to explain the issues & provide advice on the next steps. The new staff member Mohit I think his name is, provided a terrible service. The issue was that the car was not ready for pickup at the end of the day as agreed. I went in to collect the car only to be told that they will contact me when it is ready. A whole week goes by with no contact and no one answering phones either. Previously, I used to get sms, call & email to advice the car is ready for pickup. In this instance, I got nothing. I happened to get through on a Saturday after persistent calls & raised the concern only to be met with disrespect. The staff member hung up the phone saying I am wasting his time as he is running the whole place by himself and has other things to do. Of course, the fact that his poor service costed me a whole week of not having a car & the issue wasn't even fixed at the end of it. Furthermore, when I had gone in to drop off the car he was having a feud with someone else over the phone. I should have realized this is now a daily routine at mycar wendouree. My case was not the exception.
