Ozmosis Wendouree

My son and I went into the Wendouree store this afternoon and had one of the best experiences we have had. The 2 Ladies working in the store on the 3/08/22 could not have been any nicer. So friendly and welcoming, even offered me a bag for something I had purchased from another store. My son has not stopped taking about how nice and friendly you both were. Thank you for showing him that great customer service still exists. The owner of the store must be very proud to have such fantastic staff. Thank you ladies you are both amazing. PS he loves his hooded towel

This afternoon, Tuesday 11th January 2022, my wife and I went into the Ozmosis shop at Stockland Shopping Centre, Wendouree. As soon as we entered the shop a female assistant behind the counter acknowledged our presence with a hello and a smile. We looked around and was approached by a young male assistant whom I now know as Max. I was looking to buy a pair of thongs and Max was extremely helpful and patient as I was trying to decide on the best pair to buy. I subsequently purchased a pair of Reef cushion bounce lux thongs. They were expensive at $99.99 but well worth it. Since getting home and walking around in them they are without doubt the most comfortable good quality thongs that I have ever owned. With such excellent staff I am surprised that there are not more five star reviews.
