I recently had a 6.4 Solar System installed by Bailey Technologies and found the whole process faultless from day one. I might add that I was somewhat apprehensive as I had solar installed by a local franchise on a previous residence which was a disaster. Scott initially spent time explaining all about the system that would best suit our needs allowing us to ask questions and clarified any concerns we had. I might add there was no pressure on us at any time to commit ourselves Scott provided us with a comprehensive quote which included the rebates etc. and inspected our roof showing us the best places to install the panels and provided overhead photos of how they would look. He also explained the most suitable place to install the inverter out of the sun. Scott"s wife Susan was also most helpful assisting us to apply for the relevant Government rebates etc. as there was quite a bit of paperwork involved thus it was a smooth process. Scott gave us a specific date that installation would occur and this all took place on time without a hitch with his own employees doing the job as Scott does not use subcontractors. I have already recommended Bailey Technologies to many friends and have no hesitation recommending this local business to anyone considering solar. Bailey Technologies also have a comprehensive website explaining how they run their business to a high standard and also work outside the Ballarat area. Finally I must add that despite the unseasonal weather in Ballarat I have been more than pleased with the reduction in our power bill especially seeing that we can now run our two split systems for heating and leave the gas central heating off and this can only improve as we get better weather.
