Dropped in to check out their range of hedge trimmers. Unfortunately, they had a very limited range in stock. The staff member was pleasant, but only able to give very minimal information on even basic questions on the products they had instore. He had to refer to the product brochure, search internet & check with another team member to even tell us how much warranty was on the company who manufactures the brand of trimmer they sell. When we left we still weren't sure if it was one or two years. We were interested in purchasing a battery powered trimmer, and were told they only had one battery in stock, which would operate the trimmer for approx 25 mins. If we wanted a battery that lasted longer it would need to be ordered. We were told it should be in stock in about a month!!! Overall we weren't impressed with the business. While standing and waiting for the staffmember to check for information on the computer, I was put off by the fact that the customer service counter was very cluttered, disorganised and very dusty. We won't be back.
