        "No Refund" store policy is so outdated. If the clothes don't fit properly or are uncomfortable then you should provide a refund. We don't want a "store credit". If there was something else we liked we'd gladly exchange it, if not a refund should be issued so the money can be spent elsewhere on suitable clothing. Poor customer service, poor quality and overpriced indeed.

        Poor service and rude staff. My mother brought a top from here that was too small, she then went back and aksed to return it for a bigger size or store credit...unfortunately the lady was beyond rude and said "no refund allowed" absolutely ridiculous considering it was a $40 top!! Pick up your game, you should be happy enough people want to buy from your store, look after your customers or you'll be forgotten about.
