Usually I never do these google reviews and I was heavily contemplating if it was worth it or not because the usual staff are so lovely but Ive decided it is. I came in on the public holiday (March 13th) to be greeted by an older man who was arguing with another woman co worker as I was approaching. I havent seen these 2 before so I presume they are the owners. Even while I was waiting for my coffee they were still bickering loud enough it made me and another customer feel quite uncomfortable. Im a fan of the coffee and the service and I will be returning but not when I see these 2 working. Very unprofessional.

Customer service here is garbage and dont go by their opening times on Google Maps. Their kitchen closes an hour earlier and the staff are more than happy to inform you that kitchen is closed even if you get their during advertised opening hours. Happened to me twice before and today is the third time. Youre out.

Incredibly poor service, one worker ignored me, the other who served me was unprofessional and rude. They also talked about us to each other. Drink was slimy and overall not very nice. Wont return
