The Body Shop

Absolutely beyond disappointed to now the point of angry with The Body Shop!! Quietly they cease stocking their Vitamin E Intense Creme across all stores and online without letting customers know. Upon enquiring with different stores you get the oh we are out of stock right now check back in a week or two and now over 4 months later, emails, fb inboxes and calls to The Body shop still I am getting ran in circles. Ive advised them this is the sole product I use post stage 3 cancer but it falls on deaf ears. No ETA, no explanation, just crickets and plenty of them. This is NO way to treat your customer base Body Shop. You should have provided a statement outlining why and what was happening versus leaving us all frustrated and incensed like you have.

Visited the store yesterday (14th December 2019) around 2.45pm to 3.30pm. I didn't bring my wallet inside to the store. So I asked the blond haired lady with a small hair bun, if she can scan my card using the email cause I thought I had a voucher I could use as every time I visit the store I would purchase so many things. She changed her facial expression as I am a begger. I am a big fan of body shop products. I have tried almost all their things. But yes I only purchased $10 worth of 4 bath bombs that time. But lady treat all your customers the same. People can read your expressions. I will never visit your store again. Not because of the brand. But because of your bad customer treatment. Sorry to say but you made me not to even buy any body shop products.
