I went there today (christmas day 22) with friends who hired the Gypsy Creek Winery building for lunch, and found the winery land over-grown and abandoned. The buildind still have furniture and amusement, billiard table, table tennis, etc. A reminiscent of the days when it was open and full of glory times. Pity it has closed down, it reall breaks my heart to see it closed and grapevines abandoned, farm tractor and other machines sitting iddle. I really wished someone with money would rescue this winery and give it a new lease of life. Labertouche is really a beautiful place.
