Kyneton Manor House

We were transported back to early 1900s elegance and character with modern comfort in this beautifully restored manor house, complemented by a fabulous period garden. Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home right from the start - attentive but unobtrusive. They were well informed about local history as well as local restaurants and cafes. We were given sumptuous breakfasts in the formal dining room facing the beautiful garden. All in all a very memorable time. Thank you Carol and Graeme.

Dee Australia A very comfortable and welcoming B & B, with very accommodating hosts. Liked Nicely appointed period home, high quality fittings, manchester etc. Spacious room and ensuite, with tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge in a separate space. My face fell when I saw the enormous deep, clawfoot bath, however I soon recovered when I saw the walk-in shower. Secure parking provided, very helpful hosts who offered assistance on any issue, prompt response when assistance was requested. Nice little touches like fresh flowers in the rooms, bathrobes provided. Pretty manicured gardens. Delicious home grown, home cooked plums in the continental breakfast selection, good selection of other items, very nice scrambled eggs for the cooked breakfast. Walking distance to Piper Street. Disliked Apparently there is wi-fi, but I didn't find it. Not a big deal. Would have liked a choice of pillow depths.
