        Place closed today/ Wednesday/ school holidays even though it said otherwise on the website. Made the trip all the way from Kilsyth for nothing. Saw a carer bringing a disabled teenager saying he paid online only to see the closed doors without a notice, just a random sign on the door: "Jumpdeck is closed" , not even: Apologies/ We are sorry for the inconvenience etc.." So, so bad...Luckily Rush HQ was open and welcoming! Will never take my kids and their friends to Jumpdeck ever again in my life.

        Today my son celebrated his 9th birthday at JumpDeck. The party host was rude and unenthusiastic. Time got wasted when the party host made the kids come upstairs for food and the food was no where to be seen. Once the food arrived it was cold. When we pay $750 for a party we expect SO much more. The party platters are over priced and very small, facility had old tacky decorations still stuck up and it was filled with dust. Over all as a family we are very disappointed with our first experience at Jump Deck and we wont be returning. Id recommend spending that amount of money somewhere else for a better party experience.
