I bought a pair of their black sneakers and whilst the shoes themselves are good I could not continue to wear them because of the sheer noise these shoes make on any hard surface, especially when wet. The sole design is incredibly noisy and therefore I couldn't wear them for personal or work use.

When my slippers arrived, I noticed they were different shades of pink and I thought I had 2 right feet. Although the arch supports are in the correct position. Putting that aside, they are comfortable. Was unable to add photos. Photo added under Photo tab.

Very happy. I got the orthotic slippers (closed) which came quickly and are as described. The arch is quite high which I like - comfortable for my plantar foot problem. The sizing is generous, so if in between size go down rather than up. They are very warm - looking forward to winter.

I bought a pair of flip-flops for my kid, and he loved it, the most comfortable orthotic flip-flops I ever purchased. The online purchase delivery is not the usual cheap one; it's a registered post via auspost, ensuring the parcel is not dropped at the front door or stuffed in the mailbox or lost with tracking updates. Return and replacement service is excellent, and the customer service team genuinely tries to help. I want to call out Alana for helping me out with my order and resending the right size of footwear without charging the extra delivery fee or difference in the price as a friendly gesture. I bought one more pair, and I am delighted with the product and the service.
