        Currently a sign displayed banning members of the public. Weekdays between 4pm to 7pm, Wed (4pm to 9pm) and every weekend if there's a competition due to COVID protocols. I understand during a scheduled event or competition, but I can't jog the outside lane on a weekday afternoon in the open air because of COVID protocols? I can't use the gym equipment by the side of track because of COVID protocols? "The Knox Park Athletics Centre is a place for people of all ages and abilities to explore their fitness and improve their health." - But only when we say so and NOT at the most accessible times.
