OPUS Camper

Initial sale and responsiveness from Opus was good then came pickup time which became a rushed and confusing handover. There seemed to be no agenda. We got home to find handover sheets (not filled out, with txt saying mandatory to fill out at handover) in the van and also additional controls and components that were never explained. Trades were even still working on the van while we waited. Shoddy workmanship with caulking and over-drilling looks amateurish to poor at best and Ive been told these issues will be addressed once we bring the van in for a service. There just didnt seem to be anyone in management at all interested hearing what we thought was wrong with the process or with the van itself (even though some may think minor issues). On pick up day we forked out another $1k unexpected as well otherwise would have voided the warranty driving out (additional extras such as elec brake requirements not explained until we were leaving). As the experts I would have thought Opus would have ensured everything and everyone was covered on a $60k purchase prior to pickup. Ill update this review after the first service (which I was never informed until pickup is at 1000kms and will cost at least $400) as well as road testing at a later date. Cheers

Jess was fantastic with the handover of our Opus 13 van. Her knowledge was great. Any concerns were dealt with in an instance. Higly recommend.

We collected our Opus 4 camper trailer a week ago. Arrived on time, the handover was detailed and Adam was super friendly, didnt rush the process and gave us lots of helpful tips. Weve taken our Opus 4 away for a quick trip this weekend and have been very happy with our choice to purchase an Opus. Tows like a dream, easy set up, well equipped with everything we need without being over complicated, plenty of storage. Love that we can store it in our garage too. This trailer ticks all our boxes.
