**UPDATED** Was contacted by a team member to reolve the issue, recieved much better customer service and had parts ready and waiting for pickup. *Previous review/issue* Have ordered from JDM Automotive plenty of times in the past and recieved good customer service and fast stock ordering. Was wanting to order a set of brake rotors for a Nissan Xtrail T31. Attempted to call during business hours and the phone continues to ring and has no voicemail. My wife went instore and asked to order the rotors, The rotors were not in stock and would arrive that afternoon from their other wearhouse. We were told we would be called that day to come and collect and pay when rotors arrived. Have never heard back from JDM Automotive and it has been 2 businessdays. All attempts to call the store have gone un answered, unsure if the store is understaffed or closing down?
