Fortunately for me I was referred to Kath by a friend in 2015 for management of my chronic back pain and hip problems. My one-on-one sessions with her continue after all these years to exceed my hopes and expectations. Her extensive knowledge and experience combined with her hands-on guidance and consistent skill in locating the precise needs of my body are amazing. She is an outstanding teacher: clear in her explanations, patient and encouraging and she motivates me to get the most out of my sessions with her. She is also such a warm and genuine person with a great sense of humour, so even though my sessions are challenging and painful at times, I enjoy them immensely. I know I am in good hands with Kath, I feel confident with her and leave every session feeling better than when I arrived. My Body strength and awareness have increased as much that so far we have managed to keep a second hip replacement at bay for which I am very grateful. Whatever your problem, your fitness level, your concerns, Kath will make you feel relaxed and safe very quickly. It helps that the space at Physiomoves is light-filled and well equipped. I cant recommend Kath and Physiomoves highly enough!
