        Completely useless and expensive. Constantly organise noisey construction works without giving tenants notice. Need to complain multiple times until they do stuff about issues. Could go on.. Avoid housing associated with this group.

        Avoid this mob like the plague. The only way to get anything done is to complain. I have heard many a bad stories about other Owners Corporation however Unison must by far be the most mediocre of them all. Come to Altona St in Kensington to see how they maintain their properties.
