The hot stone massage was so blissfully soothing and nourishing. Carla's beautiful space and her and energy and presence enabled me to drop deeply into a divine state of relaxation. My body felt so nurtured and relaxed. The hot stones was an amazing experience, they felt so good on my body, great for Fibromyalgia, chronic pain. highly recommended

The first massage that I had with Carla made me feel like I had received the therapy I needed. I honestly feel like the build-up and anxieties of life have been washed away with her technique, professionalism and general loving touch. The long strokes of the Energetic Heartworks Massage are simply glorious and two weeks later, Im still feeling the benefits. I sought this treatment to reconnect to the world post-lockdown but I left feeling that Carla had untwisted my insides from a lifetime of uncertainties and worries. Her intent is as gentle as it is genuine, and you always feel that you are in safe hands. This is a full body treatment so dont be prudish about your hair or getting oil everywhere, just sink into it and enjoy.
