It sounded like a good idea at the time, 'let's plant a few truffle trees', but without Noel's constant and patient assistance it would have ended as an expensive mistake. Noel has been by our side from site selection right through to harvesting, and dog training advice. Six years on, he still promptly answers each new question, no matter how small or obvious, and is genuinely concerned about solving any issues we encounter. Noel's consultancy advises truffieres far and wide, including many large commercial enterprises. We planted 29 trees out of curiosity, just for pleasure. Noel treats us with the same interest and professionalism as he does business with thousands of trees.

I'm having a ball establishing my truffle farm...but I know it would have been a bundle of anxiety and indecision without Noel's guidance. Always at the forefront of knowledge in this evolving industry, Noel is fully invested in each project that he is a part of. It's always good to work with good people.

We used TruffleGrowing and Noel for the establishment of a 1 hectare, 400 tree truffiere. We've been very happy with the engagement so far and its clear Noel is obviously very well versed in all things truffle and has a prescription that works well and controls the controllable, leading to the successful cultivation of truffles. Noel always has made himself available and reiterated to just be in contact if we have any issues or concerns which we were grateful for. Importantly also, when we were all gusto and ready to get stuck into it quickly and with boundless energy, Noel was the one who had to tell us to calm down as the end to end process for truffles really isn't well suited to the impatient. Noel also connected us with others in our area who were establishing truffle farms at the same time, which really helped with things like sharing of machine equipment and knowledge (or lack thereof). He has also pointed others in our direction to utilize our machinery since then, which we are happy to do in the interest of building further relationships. Noel has helped Sam and I set up our truffle farm and has been on call since day one.A very genuine man who has the truffle industry at heart and wants everyone to succeed.

We started our Truffle growing journey 4 years ago and the advice and support that Noel has provided has been invaluable. From ensuring that we chose the correct piece of land to quickly addressing our many questions, Noel has been a source of knowledge and expertise that has made the process of setting up our farm a delight.
