I have had such a wonderful experience working with Dr.Therverkalam, throughout my healthcare journey I have felt guided and supported. Unfortunately, I have just had the most disappointing phone interaction with the practice receptionist and was treated appallingly. Had this been my first interaction with the practice I'm not sure I would not have pursued working with the practice.

Dr Joseph Prioetto is an Absolutely amazing Doctor ! My life changed completely thanks to his knowledge & support he has given over the past 6years to keep off over 30kg! Not only has he helped me with my weight & health by giving me the knowledge as to how & why I was obese ! This has also helped my family too! All the ladies at the clinic have all been so welcoming & have always given me fabulous service too! I highly recommend Dr Joe & his Clinic to anyone in need of help with their weight & health & it does work 100%!

Dr Sarah Pattison is one of the loveliest specialists you could ever meet. She listens to you, is genuinely caring, is very thorough when it comes to testing and doesn't mind answering questions. Her medical reception team is awesome too. Always friendly, helpful & ready to pass on any information to Dr Pattison. An all round very professional and caring establishment.

The doctors at this practice are wonderful. Unfortunately, the main receptionist is condescending and extremely rude. It makes it very hard to communicate when you have to deal with someone of this nature.
