        We had a lovely visit, high tea was excellent. The owners are doing repairs to the grand lady but more needs to be done. Carpet is stained & very old it's time to renew. Items of furniture also need replacing. Lizzy was a wealth of knowledge & very helpful . We shall return. Rooms : 5/4 | Service : 5/4 | Location : 5/3 More

        Another beautiful stay at Koendidda house. Thank you so much Julie for the lovely cheese platter and awesome breakfast.Year after year we return to this beautiful peaceful relaxing house for the great service we receive. Rooms: The property is due for some maintenance including painting of walls and garden maintenance

        Rooms: There are 5 rooms to choose from. Each room has its own bathroom. Shared spaces as well.

        Firstly l must say Sammi is the most wonderful manager this property could employ. For her 5 stars. Unfortunately NO WAY is this once beautiful grand old house anywhere near that rating. The owners need to spend BIG bucks on bringing the house up to the standard it should be. To charge the price they do is not in keeping with other beautiful similar properties in Victoria .

        What a beautiful place to stay Sammi and Shelby went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bed was so comfortable and the food was amazing..Sammi even had a glass of wine on arrival.We will definitely stay there again Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 More
