Mark turned up and straight away in a rude way said "come on let's get this done, I've got a busy day today" he then barked orders at me, expecting me to know what to do to get the car onto the trailer. I gave him the name of the mechanic and told him where it was and he then proceeded to head in the wrong direction, I corrected him and he headed again the wrong way and then was rude to me saying do I even know where I'm going. Mechanic was near kflat Aldi so very straightforward direction. He then barked orders at me again to help get the car off the trailer. All in all, rude, unprofessional service. Service: Car towing
