        Lovely spot near to the bridge and where the river changed course, but actually upstream on the banks of a nearby fork of the river. Pebbly: need a mat. Excellent fire pit. One big ant.

        The river has moved and there is no longer a campsite. I would also be wary of camping on the rocky riverbed as there were warnings of changed quick river changing conditions at the start and end of the hikes!

        Good spot with no facilities not a long way out & accessible by hiking only. River levels may rise rapidly with rain and snow melt in spring.
