Unfortunately, I was ill with a cold and unable to keep the appointment. As I was required to pay for the booking in advance I am out of pocket $50 and did not get to have the Brow and Lash tint.

My friend booked a massage for both of us in Bright. Before booking she called up and said she wanted to book for Bright location and was told that she needed to book online for Bright, so she did that. When the day came, there was difficulty finding the location, so we contacted staff and turns out the massage was booked for Hotham location. The staff said that we can only book Bright over the phone, however when my friend tried to do this she was told it had to be booked online. We were aware that cancellations weren't allowed within 48 hours of appt, however we did not cancel, we were given the wrong information when booking by the staff. We were then given the opportunity to rebook, and were willing to travel interstate for this, however the staff were not clear about re booking changes from the start, so we had to keep going back and forth over email and were drip fed information about additional rebooking fees and minimum number of clients required for Bright location (which was not made clear from the start). The re-booking was going to be too complicated so overall we ended up being out of pocket $70 each because the staff don't know how the booking system operates.
