Whilst I think it's great you clearly employee people with mental disabilities, I don't think they should be driving for you. They've done some great advertising for you though, check out the Dash Cam Owners Australia May Week 1 video, 18 mins, 45 seconds.

I was a driver for this company for 6 months and It was brought to my attention from other drivers that they were consistently missing money out of their pay each week. Upon checking my pay slips and backdating what I could it turns out Ive been missing anywhere from $100 one week to $300 the next including missing OT pay. The calculations on the payslips dont add up on M.G Barnes end. If you want to provide an honest living for your family do not work for this company they will rip you off blind and refuse to pay up especially as a new driver. One driver who approached me about it said he is owed well over $20000 for the past 6 years of work and M.G Barnes straight out refuses to pay. Any sign on trying to get a union on board will result in you loosing your Job. If you want absolutely no career progression, work for the absolute minimum wage and a company who outright refuses a union with threats this is the company for you. The best decision I ever made was to leave this poor excuse of a company
