        Great listener, pays attention and never leaves a stone unturned. Very thorough & cares about the situation, whatever it may be. She has a holistic approach where necessary with great advice, not there to just pump you with meds... Also, You'll be dealing with a proper human being not a robot behind a desk which is pretty rare these days!
