Pure Fitness felt like home from the first time I walked through the studio door. Tristan and Sally are experienced, professional and know know what theyre doing. It takes a lot for me to say l wouldnt go anywhere else. You guys are the best!

Pure Fitness is an excellent place to train. Sally, Tristan, Shawn and the other PT's are extremely knowledgeable and offer a highly personalized experience. The gym itself has a lovely vibe, with a strong sense of community and belonging. It's a super friendly place, with great group classes. Since going I'm getting past some long-term bio-mechanical issues (lower back pain & sciatica), as well as getting stronger and fitter. I would highly recommend Pure Fit if you are in the area and looking for a gym with soul! Thanks Sally, Tristan and Shawn for your support, it's much appreciated!
