Not only did she efficiently complete my vehicle inspection in record time, but she also displayed great understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. I have always found the staff here helpful and efficient. After a couple of drive tests where she clearly made errors, my wife recently passed and the lady examiner was both courteous and highly professional. But at the VicRoads level it is not fair to drive test customers that there are no toilet facilities. Learner drivers are naturally nervous, and it is not unreasonable that they might want to use a toilet before going out on the road. Not to have such facilities is not good enough from VicRoads.
