Harry is excellent. We moved into a new house that had an in-ground black water tank that was caving in and in desperate need for replacement. He came out quick to assess the situation and was great at communicating what options we had in detail. In the end we chose to do a full replacement. He organised a much better quality tank, helped us choose a more suitable new location, dug out the old tank and removed from site, excavated at the new location, and was very thorough in installing the new tank to spec and backfilling properly to avoid any future issues. Also organised a quality electrician to ensure all the electrical work was done right and compliant. If you want a job done right first time I would highly recommend Hydrotight. Harry is also helping us to improve drainage at the property and as long as were in the area we wont use anyone else. Thanks Harry!
