I dealt with a person named Adam, who was using foul language infront of my minors. He appeared either intoxicated or drug effected(high).

I wish I could rate ATR as 10 out of 5 as they were fantastic. They came to our property prepared, having looked at the plans we sent them and prepared a draft security pan. They were so professional and the 5 members of their team that we met were all amazing. They provided great ideas to cover the whole property with security cameras and alarms, arranged WIFI access in all our out buildings and provided great training on how to use the system. They even showed us how to download footage for the police. At the same time they were friendly, obsessively clean and punctual. I can't rate them highly enough. If you want a great team to do your security system, you shouldn't go past ATR in Traralgon, your sincerely Brenda Petersen.
