        I don't go here anymore. I'd rather drive to Traralgon for Subway than go here. This used to be my favorite sub shop until the new owner took over. Staff have literally whinged about working there to me. Staff use sandwich knives to clean food gunk trapped in bench crevice. Staff aren't friendly. One staff member literally didn't speak to me until it was time to take my money. The manager wouldn't let me claim my free cookie for the survey I did. Said I had to do it thru the app. I couldn't figure out how to do this. I asked him to show me. He told me I had to call head office. This turned out to be a wild goose chase as there is no head office in Aus. Every other Sub shop accepts this free cookie for survey deal.
