        Went in store to have my damaged glasses repaired by Zoe, she had a little trouble getting an old screw out that had been glued previously but she patiently kept at it and repaired them. Very helpful and persistent to get the problem sorted for me A++++ customer service

        Friendly staff that made me feel like I mattered. Good knowledge of the products and process for my first distance Glasses. Made me feel comfortable and confident in what I was trying to achieve. Loved the openness and information the staff had, and the confidence the staff gave me in this "Getting older" life move. The pricing (deal) was good too!
