We used Carbon Track Africa to install a smart hub onto our geysers. We paid in full for the device and installation in mid March. We only managed to get installation completed in mid May after umpteen last minute cancelations of appointments with varied ridiculous excuses, the final excuse from the company being "I don't have enough money for fuel". During this 2 month wait for installation post payment, the company was seldom, if ever, reachable via phone, whatsup or emails. They just went undergound. Last week, Carbon Track finally installed the smart hub. However, the installation has proved faulty as we cannot get hot water from one of the geysers. We have tried night and day to try and get the company back to correct the installation, but 8 days down, we have been unable to make any contact with any representative of this company - once again they have gone underground. We still have no hot water. I would strongly recommend that you do not deal with Carbon Track Africa under any circumstances! I have several times also tried to contact Carbon Track Australia - apparently the head office - and like wise, no response or assistance from the mother company. SHOCKING AND APPAULING SERVICE CARBON TRACK!

Providing smarter monitoring and control is a good idea, and carbonTRACK says that it has the products to do that. I have not personally tested their products as a customer, so it's hard for me to say exactly how good their products and service is.
