Youstina has drastically helped me with my pain during and after my pregnancy. After years of having tight and painful muscles and having unsuccessfully seen various osteos and remedial therapists in the past, Youstina has worked her magic. She took the time to listen to my concerns and assess my body through various different positions which no osteo has done before! not to mention the hands on treatment was amazing - she did a variety of techniques and Im feeling great now.
