I can only give 5 stars! Having just moved to the area from the countryside, there are a lot more optometrists to choose from, but I stumbled across Glenferrie Optical having good reviews. Michael is very patient, friendly, thorough and has great attention to detail. The store is quite small, but this is a good thing as you know youll always get genuine service. The optical dispenser was also very friendly and helpful in selecting a pair of frames. Ill definitely be going back!

I have a challenging prescription and the Team at Glenferrie Optical provided outstanding service including the selection of a suitable frame, lenses and customised fitting. I really appreciated the time and effort, especially in explaining the different options available. The Team alleviated the stress associated with finding something suitable for my prescription. I couldn't be happier with the choice of spectacles that look fabulous and function outstandingly well. So I highly recommend visiting the store for you and your family's optical needs. I highly recommend Glenferrie Optical. They provided fantastic service - they are friendly, quick, knowledgeable and go the extra miles. The selection of frames and brands are fantastic too. I took my glasses in for repair and Katie fixed them within 10 min and charged a very reasonable fee for it. I'll definitely be back I'm ready for my next pair.
