Terence (via online chat) was able to help me locate a product from another supplier as they don't open on the weekends. He went above and beyond his duties to call up other stores to locate the product for me. This is something we don't see anymore. Excellent customer service!

Don't bother ordering from them if you just want one or 2 bulbs. They will happily accept your order even if you pay delivery but then cancel it quoting their "new" policy. What a waste of time.

Went to 4 other electrical stores to no avail, but finally made my way to GMT Lighting who did have the globes I was looking for! Great customer service too

Ordered a fluorescent light tube. After 3 days I contacted them as I had not (or thought I hadn't. Turns out it went to Gmails spam folder) received any sort of order confirmation email. I waited about 5 days for a reply but did not receive one so I ended up just purchasing a whole new light (led type) from elsewhere as I needed this light asap and couldn't keep waiting. A few days later they replied saying they were off on a weeks break and this was the reason for the delay in replying and that the item I had ordered was out of stock. It was NOT marked as out of stock when I placed the order or I would not have ordered it in the first place. Nor was I informed at the time of purchase that there would be a delay in processing the order due to them taking leave for a weak. So I replied telling them I had already purchased a light from elsewhere and could they please refund me. I got total silence. They just ignored me. About 3 days later I get an email saying the item had been posted. An item I no longer have a use for because the entire light fitting has been replaced. So the short of the story is this company is dishonest and once they have your money don't expect good after sales service.
