Elias provided an independent and extremely professional investigation and assessment of the building defects occurring in my home. We required the services of an expert Forensic Engineer for our Building and Property List Case at VCAT. Most Forensic Engineering services cost a similar amount, so when you're looking to spend money on this service, it is not finding the cheapest person that matters, but one who will provide to you the most objective - fact based reports and summaries. Elias was commissioned to provide an expert report, in addition to completing an expert witness testimony at VCAT. Home to most of us is our own sanctuary our private castle; when it is noticed that some cracking has occurred in the external brickwork and slight separation of window frame/brick interface , alarm bells ring. In my case this resulted in immediate stress and immediate search for information via the web. Whilst many people are well intentioned, their documented articles and plethora of trades people offering business services to rectify the suspected problem really didn't help. From first phone contact to the formal agreed site inspection and report Elias was exceptional in knowledge and investigative ability to determine the likely cause and rectification options to be considered; The bottom line is I now have a confident and unbiased structural assessment which will now be used as a platform to engage other building or repair practitioners.
