Absolutely Outstanding Service, always working for their customers looking to get the best rates on Home Loans without even asking. Looked in my emails a few days ago to see they had reduced the Interest Rate with my Lender, without me having to do anything. Some years ago a friend recommended I contact Con Koulouris. I immediately felt comfortable in Cons presence and confident that he understood me as a person, and my needs. I hadnt felt that when Id previously met with a financial advisor from a different organisation. Con is personable. He has proven to be very proactive and helpful, he responds to my queries very quickly. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and that hes gone out of his way to accommodate my needs. I sense he has a genuine interest in helping me make the best decisions. The other staff at Amega that Ive had contact with over the years have all been very friendly and highly professional. I had felt apprehensive about trusting my financial security to a stranger; but Cons willingness to listen and to explain his recommendations in a way that I can understand has given me a great sense of reassurance. I trust Con and feel confident that he has my best interests at heart.
