The gentleman running the store was friendly however, we had booked our gear months in advanced and when We arrived we Were told everything had sold out. It would have been good to receive some sort of notification about this as we are now left without any gear as all stores are sold out for the time we booked. If we had known the booking system was so unreliable we would had booked with a different company. Book with caution.

JD's has all the equipment needed for a day or days out at the snow. Kids ski, boot, poles and helmet package only $50 (2022) or board. Cheaper than on mountain and more convenient if you pick them up the day before. Staff are really relaxed but efficient. I got there 1 minute before closing to drop off the gear expecting them to say it was too late, however, they were welcoming and calm.

Dropped in my board which I have trashed over the last couple of seasons for a wax and tune. The bloke behind the counter was super helpful and said he would see what he could do. Half an hour later my board looks like I've just bought it, absolutely stoked with the service. Cheers legends
